  6. For tempering take oil in a pan when it becomes hot lower the flame add mustard seeds and fenugreek..
  7. After spluttering add red chilli.Saute for a while.Dont brown them.Then add curry leaves and shallots.Fry until shallots are cooked..
  8. Then switch off flame and add turmeric and chilli powder.Pour this to puliserry in earthern pot.Serve with rice.
